Hands Across Generations (H.A.G.) is a European cooperation project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme. It works to preserve Europe’s intangible cultural heritage by connecting generations of artisans through mentoring, sustainability and digital innovation.
By encouraging collaboration between young and experienced makers, the project supports the transmission of traditional craft knowledge, equips artisans with new skills and promotes environmentally responsible and inclusive practices across Europe.
ESPRONCEDA – Institute of Art & Culture brings artisans and professionals from different generations together in workshops and focus groups where they share experiences, stories and visions of the future, discussing how to preserve traditional knowledge while incorporating new technologies and sustainable practices.
The consortium works together so that European craft heritage keeps inspiring and evolving, from the traditional workshop to the digital world.
