Mar Gene is a designer and researcher whose work explores the intersections between spatial design, urban transformation, and collective imaginaries. Currently pursuing a PhD in Experimental Sciences and Technologies, her research and practice focus on ephemeral architecture, collective spatial practices, and the disruptive potential of urban accidents as a means to reimagine spatial and temporal orders in the city. She teaches at ELISAVA and collaborates with the Urbanization Observatory at UAB.
