Joan Sorolla worked as a music photojournalist in the early 1980s, standing out for his work at concerts, interviews and record sleeves. He returned to photography in 2010. He loves digital photography but is in love with analogue. He has held several solo and group exhibitions in Catalonia, and took part in a group show at the Aperture gallery in New York after winning the LensCulture Visual Storytelling Awards 2019. He is also the author of two photobooks.
