Gigi Piana is a visual artist, he gained international experiences with installations, performance and video. Over the years he has carried out his personal research creating a peculiar personal language that uses transparent materials, red threads, words: minimal elements, both in the wall works of art and in site-specific performances and installations. In the last period his artistic research has evolved in relation to the textile tradition of his hometown Biella.
