ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture presents a new edition of COLLABORATION STATION, a one-day immersive experience dedicated to contemporary creativity in all its forms. Since its launch, the event has become a key date on Barcelona’s independent art calendar, bringing together a diverse community of artists, musicians, performers, artisans, and creatives from both local and international scenes. Following the success of previous editions, Collaboration Station returns this summer to celebrate art as a living, collective, and transformative experience.
This edition is part of NEB & Inclusion 2025, Espronceda’s annual program of artistic research inspired by the values of the New European Bauhaus initiative: sustainability, inclusion, and aesthetics. In this context, Collaboration Station emerges as a platform for creative exchange that reflects the diversity and transformative power of art in today’s society.
The concept of Collaboration Station was founded by Abi Fantastic, visual artist, curator, and creative mind behind the project. Her artistic approach centers around emotional expression, intuitive movement, and the use of bold color. Abi envisioned Collaboration Station as an open space for artistic exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community building. Her vision remains at the heart of the event, offering an authentic platform for emerging voices and experimental practices.
This new edition brings together a vibrant mix of disciplines and styles: from live painting, body art, and sculpture, to ethical fashion, illustration, installation, photography, creative cuisine, design, performance, live music and DJ sets that will keep the energy flowing late into the night.
The event will also include a handmade and independent design market, chill-out areas, live performances, interactive proposals, and healthy food. The soundscape will be curated by DJs and musicians who blend genres and cultures to create a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
As always, Collaboration Station invites all kinds of audiences to dive into a day where art is not just observed – it’s shared, felt, and lived.
