Since 2013, Espronceda has hosted around 250 artists through its residency programmes — all with a research and production grant. Residencies bring together artists from our awards and from the Open Calls we organise, often connected to European, national and local projects.

The programmes
Research and production residencies for visual and new media artists, with studio space and a final exhibition to present the work developed.
Residencies for emerging and established curators to research and develop projects within Espronceda’s international network.
What the artist residency includes
Practical information
Stays of 2 to 12 weeks.
