Lorenza Cullet Cruz is a French-Colombian artist (1983), currently living and working in Belgium. She studied Fine Arts in Marseille (ESBAM) with a masters degree in Brussels, at the Royal Art Academy. Her work narrows the questions of the place, its image, the moment of the image and the place of painting. With her Video-Art and video-installations, Lorenza investigates on the question of the mid-places, of those intermediaries like Space-frontier. She works on the transient and unreachable character of passage time, thus dissecting the notion of intermediate space.
